Love, Dallas is the new artist project from Hackney-born writer and producer Noah Ings.
He has worked across the UK and Japan with artists such as Tom Rasmussen, Tycho Jones and Grace Aimi.
Noah has just unveiled his first single as the character formed from the vulnerability within myself, Dallas.
This project draws from stories within lived experiences that need a vessel like Dallas to be told; ‘Metal Hands’ and the remaining debut EP tracks represent the four pillars that fuel this character.
The track features industrial beats and moving vocals from Love, Dallas. which are the polar opposites of each other and shouldn’t really work but somehow do.
‘Metal Hands’ is the first pillar and it represents an admission of emotional submissiveness – when loving someone so completely that the feeling becomes its own world, existing in isolation from everything else.
The attached visuals were entirely self-funded and a collaboration of friends and creatives who also felt able to express their desires and vulnerability through the character of Dallas.
