About the song, Moore shares: “I believe that most people are met with a tyrant at some point in their life. I’ve had multiple people tell me what their tyrant is after hearing this song. It blew my mind hearing that it could be someone’s wife/husband, daughter/son, addiction to a substance, etc…that’s the beauty of a song to me. Interpretations you never even thought of. When I met uncle John for the first time, me and the guys performed this tune. I’ll never forget him saying to me, ‘did you write that?’ I replied ‘yup.’ And his response was, ‘man that just touched my heart.’ That made me proud of our music and made me realize what dang good guy John Daly was.”
The accompanying music video, filmed at Clearwater Country Club and premiering June 26th 2026 serves as a visual representation of the song’s central message.
