Stained Glass are a South Yorkshire two-piece blending industrial electronics, crushing guitars and distorted pop melodies into a live show built around chaos, rhythm and atmosphere.
Taking influence from the industrial aggression of Nine Inch Nails and The Prodigy alongside the textures of shoegaze and alternative rock, the band create a cinematic sound somewhere between a warehouse rave and collapsing societies.
They have just unveiled their new single ‘The Abbey,’ which begins with industrial sounds that blend into powerful guitar riffs, heavy percussion beats and raucous vocals as Stained Glass conjure up this sombre track.
The band records and produces all their own material at their studio in Barnsley, fully embracing the DIY ethos and providing these services to other artists in the area.
