Thinking deeply about floating up into the moon to locate her wildest dreams in LA, Cassie Bouchard wants so much more for her life on the absolutely brilliant 1st single, Telescope.
With her footprints in the mud as she thinks about what the future holds, we are captivated by an inspired performance by a creative soul who is expressing herself with genuine energy so many others struggle to replicate.
Telescope might be one of the most outstanding debuts by an indie pop musician in 2026. Cassie Bouchard is open and honest about her struggles, yet has been courageous enough to release her vulnerability out into the wild world.
This is an excellent single as it has the kind of vocal quality which is easy to marvel at. The nagging rain might have followed her to LA on that fateful trip but there is nothing grim about this sensational single.
With her debut album, Smile As You Bleed, set for release on Friday October 30th, there is so much more to come from this very likeable and talented singer-songwriter.
