‘Beans’ sees CHUB unleash raucous vocals and rage filled instrumentals

CHUB are a crossover thrash/party punk band from Brighton & Eastbourne.

They have just released their new single called ‘Beans,’ which sees CHUB unleash raucous vocals and rage filled instrumentals.

This is a re-recording of a song that CHUB self produced several years ago, lovingly remade in higher quality along with a brand new cut of the ketchup-sodden music video.

It’s an ode to public sector workers and a rage against the system which treats them so unfairly, but despite the serious subject matter the tone is energetic and fun, and the video is pure nonsense.

It was masterfully produced by the talented Jasper Lyons (Bad Habit Studios) in Eastbourne.

CHUB formed at the end of 2019 as an outlet for four friends who were sick of not just sky-rocketing beer prices but also the underlying political tectonics which caused them.

Hot off the back of the worst series of prime ministers the country’s ever seen, we yearned for a place to shout about how shit they all were, and so CHUB was born.
