Hunch Power waves a flag for the environment on their new song and video ‘Sick Sick World’

Nottingham’s alt-rock outfit Hunch Power returns with a new song about pollution and global warming.

‘Sick Sick World’ begins with stirring riffs and catchy percussive beats, which blend together to create an outstanding rock melody that perfectly compliments the band’s vocals.

The track has the gravitas needed to deliver a socially-conscious anthem about a universal topic at a pivotal moment.

This song was previously released as the title track to Harvey Springfield’s 5th album in 2023 while the band was going through a hiatus.

It now has a second chance to shine as a standalone single and video.

This new version features session drums by Jack Gregory (Northern Captives, Hell’s Ditch) who played on the band’s first four singles.

Everything else has been recorded at JT Soar Studios and mastered by their trustee mixing engineer Sam Cook (Harker, Sam Russo).

They’re playing in Sheffield on 25th September, in Nottingham at Rock City with Sparta on 8th October and with Wes Hoffman in November.
