dogmarket is the neurotic self-produced electronic project of Thom Lea (they/them), along with the trumpet-keyboard wizard Nico Moss (he/him).
Over the last three years dogmarket has released numerous singles, two EPs and one LP.
Everything is built with a broken laptop, dodgy second-hand guitar and one synthesiser.
This is demonstrated by ‘La Metropole,’ which delivers captivating melodies, stirring vocals and trippy visuals.
The project produces deliberately harsh and processed sounds with eq graphs that have caused total nervous breakdowns in many of those that know what they’re doing.
