Marta Vega releases ‘OMG! I’m In Love’

Italian alt-rocker, now based in the UK’s capital, is back with her distorted earworm single OMG! I’m In Love. Alt-rock collides with grunge and post-punk, inspired by Joy Division, and produced by Andrea Tripodi (Gianluca Grignani, Bambole di Pezza), the single is a bold statement from an artist making inroads with industry and fans alike.

Talking about the recording of the track, Marta Vega explains:

“This single is about dating when you have trust issues, I’d say. It explores the relationship between falling in love and not wanting to, because you might get hurt or feel exposed. It’s also about liking someone who you shouldn’t be liking, so you kind of develop this relationship with the feeling of, ‘Yeah, I want it, but I shouldn’t,’ which I think develops into limerence. But also, it’s not that deep. I’d say it’s more important what it means to you rather than why it was written.”

With support from Kerrang Radio, and a host of Spotify Editorials across the UK and Italy, sold-out shows have followed, as well as amassing over 15,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram collectively. Having just performed at the famous Troubadour London, Marta Vega is one to watch for 2026.
