‘Go For It’ is Nashville-based indie-pop artist J.D. Redd’s first big stride into 2023. The seasoned musician and killer guitarist has previously released his own music, an eclectic mix of rock elements infused with pop melodies and soul-baring lyrics.

He has dedicated himself to the aspect of writing and releasing music, as he has released a live EP, as well as several singles since 2019. Redd’s take on the pop genre of music brings a new energy and vibrancy to the Nashville scene.
‘Go For It’ is a song that’s meant to showcase both the strength and cruelty of human emotions. The song showcases the concept of heartbreak in a new and powerful way, all of which are amplified by the production value on the song.
