AKIRAH explains, “At the time I was replaying GTA: San Andreas. Whilst cruising around being a hooligan in the streets of Los Santos, one of the main protagonist’s gangs that stood out to me was the Los Santos Vagos. I decided to make a hard but Hispanic-themed long laser sustain riddim track. Most of my tracks are inspired in similar ways — could be watching a friend gaming or something emotional. I use those feelings to write music.”
