UK-based indie pop singer-songwriter Modern Oli has released his debut single, One Of Those Faces; an upbeat, modern take on the classic UK indie sound we all know and love.

Aside from his musical endeavours, Oli plays the role of Footman John in Netflix’s Bridgerton as well as starring in the stage adaption of American Psycho at the Almeida Theatre. One of Those Faces marries Oli’s two worlds, as he reflects on feelings of not belonging and craving validation, which he packages into a glossy yet gritty pop song that carries early-2010s London energy reminiscent of carefree and fun nights under city lights.
This is just the start for Modern Oli and it’s certainly a journey worth buckling in for as Bridgerton fans, theatre fans and indie pop fans unite in celebrating one of the UK’s most exciting new pop artists.
