George Crump is a Brighton based synth-pop songwriter and producer whose work centres collaboration and emotionally driven pop song-writing.
As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), George’s relationship with music developed through watching countless hours of Disney Channel.
This golden era of pop can be throughout George’s tracks, as they carry that same sense of catchy, heartfelt storytelling.
‘Gone’ has a mellow and calm vibe to it, with gentle but catchy beats and the smooth vocals of Emmy Sparkes as George Crump conjures up an outstanding synth soundscape.
George’s debut EP lands in May, led by a steady run of singles that introduce an exciting new chapter.
Non-binary and proudly queer, Crump places lived experience at the core of their creative practice, building inclusive spaces both in the studio and on stage.
Their live setup is a little different from the norm: George collaborates with artists on record, then brings the music to life with their iconic band.
